Problem Overview

User reports that the touchscreen in a Cell Advisor JD723C model does not work

Resolution

A re aligning touch is needed. The steps are the following:
1.- Press and hold the CAL hard key. The white screen with a plus sign (+) in the upper-left corner appears.
2.- Touch the plus sign (+) properly and repeat it until you see the System window back.
3.- Tap the Apply button to return to the measurement screen. If the procedure does not solve the issue then a repair is needed in factory
