Almost 100% of the time this is caused by a bad Lithium battery on the CPU card inside the HCU. You must always firest tuen the HCU off. Unscrew and slide the CPU from its slot. Remove the battery. It is not round but square and may times it is yellow or black. Go to your local battery replacement store and purcahse it. Replace the battey and reconfigure the HCU IP info.
