The export button is greyed out when I try to export my WiFi Advisor results. Are there mandatory fields that have to be filled out?

Correct Answer
Circuit ID, Tech Id and Work Ticket number are required fields. There also must be saved data from either Site assessement or the Smart Channel Wizard in order to EXPORT.
